Board meeting scheduled for November 12,13
Virginia Tech Spectrum, Nov. 9, 1995The Virginia Tech Board of Visitors will come to campus for their quarterly meeting Monday, Nov. 13, beginning at 1 p.m. in Squires Brush Mountain Room.
The board will consider, among other business, the approval of the affiliation agreement for university-related corporations and the review and approval of the biennial budget initiatives.
The committees of the board will meet at the following times earlier that morning.
* The Academic Affairs Committee will meet at 9 a.m. in 232 Squires.
* The Buildings and Grounds Committee will meet in executive session at 9 a.m. in the Board Room of the Donaldson Brown Hotel and Conference Center, and in open session in Conference Room A at 9:30 a.m.
* The Finance and Audit Committee will meet in executive session at 7:30 a.m. in the Private Dining Room of the Donaldson Brown Center, followed by the open session at 8:30 a.m. in the Executive Conference Room.
* The Student Affairs Committee will meet at 8 a.m. in the Appalachian/Blue Ridge Dining Rooms of Donaldson Brown.
The board will meet for an informational session on Sunday, Nov. 12.
