The Community Services CATALYST is published four times a year by the National Council on Community Services and Continuing Education. In addition, the NCCSCE periodically publishes a DIRECTORY for the community and junior colleges. The DIRECTORY is provided free to NCCSCE members. The library subscription price for the CATALYST is $40.00 per year in the United States. Single copies are $10.00 each. Foreign library subscriptions ($50.00) to the CATALYST should be sent to James Rowell, NCCSCE Treasurer, North Shore Community College, Danvers, MA 01923. Subscribers and others who wish to purchase a DIRECTORY may do so for $7.50. manuscripts are to be submitted on typed double-spaced copy, and accompanied by a stamped, self-addressed envelope if they are to be returned. Manuscripts accepted for publication are subject to editing. Membership in the Council is open to all individuals involved in or committed to community services and continuing education programming in two-year colleges. Annual dues for Individual Membership are $35.00 and include the services and benefits of the Council, voting and office-holding rights and privileges, and NCCSCE publications. Student Membership for full-time university graduate students in related fields of study is $5.00 and includes all rights and privileges accorded to individual members. Institutional Membership , which provides membership for FIVE PERSONS within one single college, is $125.00. The Community Services CATALYST is reviewed and indexed in the CURRENT INDEX TO JOURNALS IN EDUCATION and in ERIC and is available in microfilm and microfiche from University Microfilms International.
