Our Annual Meeting for 1965 will be held at Planting Fields Arboretum, Oyster Bay, L. I., New York, on Friday, May 21st, Saturday, May 22nd, and Sunday, May 23rd, with two additional days of exceptional garden tours on Monday, May 24th and Tuesday, May 25th.
Some of our distinguished participants will be: Dr. Clement G. Bowers, Mr. Harvey Gray, Mr. David Leach, Mr. Guy Nearing, Mr. Paul Vossberg, Dr. John C. Wister, Dr. Henry Skinner, Director of The National Arboretum, and many others. We are honored to announce our featured dinner speakers will be: Mr. James Russell, Sunningdale Nurseries, Windlesham, Surrey, England and Milton V. Walker, M.D., Creswell, Oregon.

An invitational letter outlining the program in detail, giving all costs, will be ready in late January and will be mailed to each Chapter. If you would like to have an invitation mailed to you, please write to: Mrs. Emil F. Hager, Jr., Albertson, L. I., N.Y.
Accommodations will be available: Dormitory Rooms at Planting Fields Arboretum, $5.50 Single, $8.00 double. Tides Motel, Locust Valley, L. I., N.Y., from $14 to $16, two persons. Heritage Motel, Woodbury, L. I., N.Y., from $15 to $18, two persons.
All room reservations must positively be received before April 15th. A deposit covering one day should accompany the letter. A limited number of reduced price World's Fair tickets will be available for those members who send in a request in advance.
Registrations will be accepted in the order received, we are limited to 300 persons, so send reservations in early.
