In appreciation for many years of service in offering stimulating guidance to Portland Chapter activities; by serving on many committees including finance, nominations and show, as well as the Board of Directors; for providing material for the Newsletter, for major contributions of plant material for our garden and to Chapter sales, and trophies for our shows; to this essentially tireless contributor to the Portland Chapter;
