LEHIGH VALLEY CHAPTER
Lou Seeds
The Lehigh Valley Chapter of the American Rhododendron Society is proud to present this Bronze Medal Award to Lou Seeds in appreciation of your energetic and tireless service. You have volunteered your time with faithful enthusiasm and helped to jump start the successful programs of our Chapter. You have shared your knowledge with us and have helped us understand the plants that we enjoy so much. We look forward to working with you in the years ahead. November 19, 1992.

PINE BARRENS CHAPTER
Peter M. Musumeci
You and Mary have generously hosted our annual picnic and cutting exchange for the past several years. Your nursery has provided our members with excellent plant material offering companion plants in addition to quality azaleas and rhododendrons. Your generosity in providing plants to the Chapter has not only provided financial support but stimulated interest and informative conversation at our meetings. You are always willing to share your knowledge with others as a speaker and at your nursery.
In recognition and appreciation for your varied contributions the members of the Pine Barrens Chapter award you the Chapter's highest award, the Bronze Medal, on this the eighteenth day of October, nineteen hundred and ninety two.

Jay Pratt
It is with gratitude that the members of the Pine Barrens Chapter of the American Rhododendron Society award the Bronze Medal to Jay Pratt, on this the eighteenth day of October nineteen hundred and ninety two. You have served the Chapter for many years as a member of the board of directors and the hospitality committee. You have been a frequent speaker at Chapter meetings generously sharing your knowledge and plant material with our members. You open your garden to the public each spring sharing your knowledge, hybridizing achievements and enthusiasm for rhododendrons and azaleas with all who enter. Your activities have brought recognition to yourself, the genus Rhododendron and our Chapter.

VALLEY FORGE CHAPTER
William and Ellen Steele
You have served your Chapter for many years in many ways. Bill, you have served as vice-president and as a member of the board of directors for several terms. You have shared your plant expertise especially with regard to evergreen azaleas and lepidote rhododendrons. You have provided meeting programs and your slides have been interesting and enjoyable. Ellen, you have served as recording secretary and as a member of the clerks and judges committee for the Chapter's annual truss and flower shows. Both of you have searched out fine gardens and planned outstanding garden tours for the pleasure of Chapter members and friends. For your assistance and guidance at plant sales and much more, it is with grateful appreciation that your Chapter awards you its highest honor, the Bronze Medal. November 20, 1992.

Pauline Raughley
You have served your Chapter for a long time in many ways. You have served on the clerks and judges committee for the annual truss and flower shows. You have opened your garden to members and friends. You have assisted with plant sales set-up, given plant advice and helped customers with checkout. You have given much time and assistance to your husband, Francis, in selecting and procuring for sale to members and friends the wonderful selection of books promoting our beloved genus Rhododendron . Your book display table at meetings is always interesting. In grateful appreciation we present you the highest Chapter award, the Bronze Medal. November 20, 1992.

John and Bette Gross
For many years both of you have always been there whenever you could serve your Chapter. Bette, you served as a member of the board of directors, as chairperson of the Azalea Study Group and as coordinator for and provider of refreshments at Chapter meetings. John, you have given your mechanical skills and assistance with the physical set-up for the annual plant sale. You have graciously shared your garden and your plants. In recognition of your many contributions, and with grateful appreciation we are proud to present to you the highest Chapter award, the Bronze Medal. November 20, 1992.

Donald H. Mannion
As a long-time member of the Chapter you have always given unselfishly of your time to serve in many ways. In particular, we recognize your serving as recording secretary and member of the board of directors and your assistance with annual plant sales and truss and flower shows. For a number of years now you have planned for and coordinated the many details for the annual banquets which so many of our members and friends have enjoyed. In recognition thereof and with grateful appreciation we present you the highest Chapter award, the Bronze Medal. November 20, 1992.

WHIDBEY ISLAND CHAPTER
Lew Naddy
In appreciation of all his contributions to the Whidbey Island Chapter, we are very pleased to present Lew Naddy with our highest award, the Bronze Medal. Lew is a dedicated Chapter member, having served on the board as director, vice president, and currently as president. He always brings a sense of humor and organization to the tasks he performs and can be counted on as an active and willing volunteer. In addition to his many activities as an officer, he has helped extensively with development at Meerkerk Rhododendron Gardens, and with Chapter plant sales. Lew is also a tremendous asset to our Chapter because of his familiarity with local government and other community activities. We present this award in grateful recognition of his support of our Chapter. February 1993.
