Jim Marchman rightly pointed out that what Project ENABLE puts out is close to incomprehensible. What's more, it's stuff that no one outside ENABLE cares about. Why do we allow so much money and effort to be wasted through the circulating of this self-advertising, self-praising bumf in the form of newsletters and bulletins?
I like the suggestion made in Virginia Scholar (#3, September 1994, p. 15): "if any unit issues such a newsletter or pamphlet, that unit's budget for the following year shall be reduced by the cost of that publication, including the personnel time used in its preparation. The savings will not be peanuts."
