The over-all image is a grouping of shapes with text labels. The grouping begins with a foundation layer on the bottom. This is topped off by a grouping of the types of classes that should be taken during the Freshman and Sophomore years. Next, is a dividing point that indicates that "Admission to Professional Standing" should be pursued. Above that is a grouping of the types of classes that should be taken during the Junior and Senior years. Finally, there is an overarching goal at the top.
On the far left side of the image is the heading "Aligned with NCATE, INTASC, Praxis, & AAAE standards" that applies to the entire grouping.
There is an arrow that spans the majority of the model, which points upward beginning with the "Building Foundations," and moving toward the final "Goal."
Beginning with the bottom layer, as indicated, there are four cylindrical foundational supports that have the following text centered inside (one line of text per cylinder).
1) Experiential Learning
2) Problem- Based Teaching
3) Social Cognition

The label in the bottom rectangle is: "Building Foundations (Level 100)"
