Health-Care Options - Benefits Health-Care Open Enrollment

Spectrum Volume 17 Issue 25 - March 23, 1995

During open enrollment (April 3 through May 2), employees will have the opportunity to choose among three health-benefits programs (Key Advantage, Cost Alliance, and an HMO), as well as various expanded-benefits packages.

Information sessions on these options are listed below. ( Note: Information sessions are being scheduled for employees off-campus during the week of April 10-14, 1995. Information on these sessions will be forwarded as soon as it is available.)

INFORMATION SESSIONS ON-

CAMPUS: NO RESERVATIONS

Tuesday, March 28, 8 to 10 a.m., 1045 Pamplin: Open to all employees. 10 a.m. to noon, 1045 Pamplin: Open to all employees. 1 to 3 p.m., Classroom 100 (Phase III): Vet Med employees.

Wednesday, March 29, 9 to 11 a.m., 313 Seitz: Open to all employees. 2 to 4 p.m., Classroom 100 (Phase III): Vet Med employees.

Thursday, March 30, 10:30 a.m. to noon, Pritchard (fourth-floor lounge): Residential and Dining Services employees. 2 to 4 p.m., 300 Whittemore: Open to all employees.

Friday, March 31, 1:45 to 3:15 p.m., Dietrick: Residential and Dining Services employees.

Monday, April 3, 8 to 10 a.m., DBHCC front auditorium: Open to all employees. 10 a.m. to noon, DBHCC front auditorium: Open to all employees. 1 to 3 p.m., DBHCC front auditorium: Open to all employees.

Wednesday, April 5, 10 a.m. to noon, Maintenance Complex: Physical Plant employees. 1 to 3 p.m., Maintenance Complex: Physical Plant employees.

Thursday, April 6, 8 to 10 a.m., Maintenance Complex: Physical Plant employees. 1 to 3 p.m., 1045 Pamplin: Open to all employees.
