DBHCC hires executive chef
Spectrum Volume 18 Issue 11 - November 2, 1995
Todd Wolfson, who worked as an executive chef for the Hyatt International chain of hotels for 10 years, has joined the staff at Virginia Tech's Donaldson Brown Hotel and Conference Center as executive chef.
The announcement was made by Kevin Murphy, associate director of operating services at the hotel. "Chef Wolfson has already had the opportunity to introduce new menu items for our dining room that have been well-received by our regular luncheon customers," Murphy said.
Wolfson, a European-trained chef, comes to Virginia Tech with a strong background in international cuisine, as well as U.S. regional dishes. He trained with the famous New Orleans chef Paul Prudhomme at K Paul's Kitchen.
