Harper memorial service scheduled

There will be a memorial service for Laura Jane Harper at noon today (Thursday, March 21), at the War Memorial Chapel.

The service will be conducted by Clare Fischer-Davies of Christ Episcopal Church. Harper was a dean emeritus of the College of Human Resources.
