The American Association of University Women, Blacksburg Area Branch,the Science and Gender Equity Program, and the Women's Center at Virginia Tech will present the 5th Annual Educational Equity Conference on Tuesday, Jan. 28, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Donaldson Brown Hotel and Conference Center

The conference program is titled "Girls in the Middle: Working to Succeed in School." This educational-equity conference is open to everyone, especially teachers, parents, administrators, and students interested in equity and gender. The deadline for conference registration is January 21, and cost of the conference is $10, which includes lunch. Checks should be made payable to Treasurer, Virginia Tech, and returned to Conference Registrar, Donaldson Brown Conference Center, Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA 24061-0104.

On-campus parking permits are available at no charge at the Visitors Center, Southgate Drive, or at the front desk of the Donaldson Brown Center.
