Board of Visitors to meet November 9, 10

The Virginia Tech Board of Visitors will meet on campus Monday, Nov. 10, beginning at 1 p.m. in Squires Brush Mountain Room.
The board will consider, among other business, the Pratt Fund Expenditure Report, off-campus parking fees, and the 1998-2000 appropriations request.
The committees of the board will meet at the following times and locations:
Academic Affairs will meet in open session at 8:30 a.m. in the Volume II Bookstore Conference Room. The executive session will follow the open session.
Buildings and Grounds will meet in executive session at 8:30 a.m. in the Boardroom of the Donaldson Brown Hotel. The open session will begin at 9 a.m. in room A.
Finance and Audit will meet in executive session at 7:30 a.m. in the Private Dining Room of Donaldson Brown. The open session will follow at 8:30 a.m. in the Executive Conference Room of the Donaldson Brown. Student Affairs will meet at 7:30 a.m. in the Appalachian and Blue Ridge Dining Rooms of the Donaldson Brown Hotel for an informational breakfast with student leaders. The committee will meet at 9 a.m. in conference room C.
The executive committee of the board (committee chairs and the rector) will meet at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 9, in the Executive Conference Room of the Donaldson Brown Hotel. The entire board will meet for an information session at 3 p.m.
