The Virginia Tech Board of Visitors will meet on campus Monday, Feb. 23, beginning at 1 p.m. in Squires Brush Mountain Room.
The board will consider, among other business, tuition and fees for the 1998-99 academic year, a proposed master's degree and Ph.D. in computer engineering, and the year-to-date financial report.
The committees of the board will meet at the following times and location:
Academic Affairs will meet at 8:30 a.m. in room 260 of the New Engineering Building, and will continue in executive session at the same location.
Building and Grounds will meet in executive session at 8:30 a.m. in the DBHCC boardroom. The committee will meet in open session at 9 a.m. in conference room A.
Finance and Audit will meet in executive session at 7:30 a.m. in the DBHCC private dining room. The open session begins at 8:30 a.m. in the DBHCC executive conference room.
Student Affairs will meet at 7:30 a.m. in the DBHCC Appalachian and Blue Ridge dining rooms for an informational breakfast with student leaders. The committee meeting begins at 9 a.m. in DBHCC conference room C.
The board will meet for an informational session on Sunday, Feb. 22, at 3 p.m.
