This week's CVC coach of the week is Horticulture Professor Bob Lyons, director of the VT Horticulture Gardens. He's coaching us against Boston College. The football game is tonight. The CVC is continuing, and last year we beat BC in total dollars and in average contribution...but they beat us in participation, with 54 percent of their 2,300 employees contributing $122,798. With a small increase in participation, Tech can exceed its $195,000 goal. Lyons also wants to remind plant lovers of the Hort Garden's grand give-away at 5:10 p.m. tomorrow. ( B. Veltri )
