A witness at the trial of Clark C. Bedsole testified Thursday
that, in January 1994, Bedsole admitted hiring someone to kill his
wife. The alleged triggerman, Marlon Williams, is scheduled to be
tried in July on capital murder and firearms charges. MetroNews
stories Thursday and Friday had the dates wrong.
