Michael Lee Harris, 26, of the 1400 block of Tanners Creek Road
in Norfolk, is not charged with murder and firearms charges as
reported in a MetroNews story Sunday. The story was about the arrest
of Richard Ricardo in connection with a September shooting at a
Virginia Beach nightclub that left one man dead and three wounded.
Harris had been charged in connection with that incident, but police
dropped all charges against him after an investigation revealed that
Harris had been mistakenly identified as having been involved.
